Provided attributes is composite of original ones defined by aw0k3n creators plus some defined by [the Minister]. I can add some or remove as time goes and ready to implement other changes if they help this project to grow.

Rarity is normalised composite of factorised rarity of individual attributes. This is how I calculate it.
